Brian has been to our house a few times within the past year as we have had numerous issues with our oil burner. Brian takes the time needed to troubleshoot problems. He was the only tech (out of 3 that visited) that figured out that we needed to replace our Flexcon expansion tank after we discovered our water heater was leaking. While I've seen him way too much over the past few months, I always appreciate the fact that he takes his time to figure out what needs to be done.

My same problem can be seen as been exploited when having to make two service call to fix the same problem twice. In the first instance the technician turn up after his appointment time to incur after hours fees when I did not made an after hours call, and only to clean the Beckett Af/Afg Transformer Complete. with sand paper that only work for a short time period. The second tech. came and change the same part which home depot sells for $68.90 and bill me for $143.67 plus 1.0 Residential Labor for $182.75 . A labour cost which I paid the first technician for $297.77. This is highly unacceptable for customer for almost 15 years.

Had to have a replacement part placed on the pipe I receive oil in. The serviceman called me(since I wasn’t home) to inform me as to what he was doing. Very friendly and upon getting home saw that he did excellent work!!
