Brian Vogt called ahead of his arrival. Explained the possible parts that could have caused the leak. He replaced 4 parts. Some were very difficult to remove but he had the experience to succeed.

There is zero excuse for not delivering Fuel prior to running out. I had to stay up until 11:30PM to get service. The house got down to 40 degrees. It would have frozen if I did not come home when I did. I have been with your company for over 35 years and NEVER ran out before.
